Just dont get hyped for it.. and then when it comes it will be amazing!

Alright, I'm sure this has been covered already but there are like 217 pages to this thread and I'm not going to sift through them. Well, my xbox has gotten the three red lights, not a big deal with the warranty now. But how do I get them to fix it or whatver, I called in, and i get the "Max" computer thing, and its not very helpful.. I just want to know how to get this fixed. Anyone willing to help me through the steps?
