We have this little family ran Ice cream shop in our town that is owned by a South American family. They like to try new flavors of ice cream all the time. So far the weirdest ones I've had were corn flavored and Avocado flavor.

Now the avocado one worked out really good. I think it's because the texture of the avocado being smooth it blended in for a sweet but rich flavor. I could help but think about guacamole though while eating it.
