From a blog post:

Agree wholeheartedly. Not an Emblem Hunter per se, but it's fun to do every so often. GS should be happy people on Thanksgiving. If no one comes, who is going to see those annoying ads they show when you are flipping through here? They should be there. makes you wonder about who they are catering to? Since Gamers support this site, GS should support the Gamers in return.

[QUOTE="DaemonRacer"]Even Law & Order comes to end. So, it may take two or three more years, but the average run is only 7 years for a long running show.. Pheinoixsgirl

Not to sound quite possibly pessimistic, but hasn't it already been longer than that?

Either way, StarGate's a good show. For a little bit there, I didn't watch it every week, but now I've been watching for Michael Shanks more and that's the only show I know of him on.

Law & Order has 15 years to its credit,

Is a really old series, that's been redone several times. I think even Peter Cushing played the part.

You have to wait longer for BSG than for the Gates'.  BSG is strating in October while the Gates' are in july.shockwave04

I think the ratings weren't as good as they hoped compared to the Gates'. And I hear Doctor Who is doing decent. It s BBC Wales production.

[QUOTE="DaemonRacer"]If the ratingfs start to fall, he will be back. Remember you are dealing with NBC. And SCi-Fi has lost touch with its base when it come s to programing, IE Passions and SVU. bbbourb

Are you *bleeping* kidding?  Are you *bleeping* *blooping* me?  PASSSIONS???  I liked it better when they had that weird vampire soap opera on...but PASSIONS???  Sweet Jesus, what's next?  Days of Our Lives reruns from when Marlena was possessed?

Anyway, back on topic, I think Sarge's idea, while I like Mitchell, is a pretty good one.  You would then have Carter, Daniel, Jonas and Teal'c, with Carter in command.  If Jack did come back, I don't see him full-time ever again, just in cameo roles, and I'm fine with that.  I don't really need him as a full-time character to enjoy the show.

I kid you not. The Lady running SciFi Channel said she wanted to get more mainstream. SciFi is more a niche market. That's why BattleStar Galactica read like a daytime soap opera.

And how do you know about Marlena being possessed? Um......you have to wonder.
