5 through 8 are active powers  and you can change the element or effect

so say you want to have palpatine action you add Elec. to Tk

buf gives you an aura and changes your bullets so you can fire bullets or ice bullets or poisen bullets ect.

blast allows you to send a blast of your element so freeze blast is mostly ehat they've been showing but there is other things you can do

stomp is the same as vlast but surrounding area of effect

I think it changed from eagle to wolf because this game is much less verticle than the previous games and wolves are badass
