Personally I think this guy hit the nail on the head with this article. One more thing that needs to go are some of the boss designs like the Beauty and the Beast Corps as well as the cobra unit members like Pain and Fear. They just came off to me as a bad cliche from anime, and broke the immersion and tone of the games. The novelization of MGS4 actually ditches the Beauty and the Beast Corps entirely and it makes a serious difference.

Still waiting for Republic Commando 2. I know that there were rumors of a canceled Imperial Commando game, but seriously, The Clone Wars lasted for several years in the Star Wars mythology. There is a ton of potential for more RC games.

Couldn't agree more. Games like Metal Gear Solid and Killzone beat Gears of War or Fable any day.

Teyrn Loghain is probroably the best villain i've seen in a video game. Why, because he has a family, he doesn't believe that he is evil, he has real emotions.
