Nintendo and Microsoft together?

What would happen if Nintendo and Microsoft would join together...would it ever happen?...To me I think it may happen in further years just to get rid of Sony and its horrible Ps3. Because since sony had the ideas from the Wii and 360..(six axis controller=Wii's controller)...and the Ps3's harddrive..which was 360 thing..now sony is having this''home'' thing going on and its dumb..and also they are also having ''achievments'' aswell..just like the 360..wuld Nintendo and Microsoft come togetherto make one system that would sell countless millions to rid of sony...or will they all be independant?..comment on this to see what you guys opinion on this topic is...thank you!
