Well, it was almost kinda like she confessed her love for Jiraiya. Not really, it was sort of a "reading between the lines" deal. Read these two pages. On the first one, you need only read the bottom few pannels, and all of the second page to catch my meaning. Or, if you're too lazy to read them, I'll tell you what happened. As we all know, Jiraiya is fighting Pain. Something drastic is about to happen, and the scene shifts to Tsunade andS-h-i-z-u-n-e the first one complaining about the rain. ThenS-h-i-z-u-n-e says something about Jiraiya, and that he'll return safely. Tsunade says that he won't, and that's her bet. Then she turns and says that everyone knows how her bets turn out. Then she turns away and remembers something that Jiraiya said to her once about being dumped makes you stronger, and she says that if he ever comes home, he won't have to act tough for her anymore. Or something. You know what, maybe you should just read the manga chapters.
