Borrowin =/= stealing.

If it was the case then anything that someone borrow would be considered stealing.. Let someone drive my car for X reason. < ---- He's stealing the car industry, even worse, he stealing gaz industry too Borrowing some milk. Stealing, Etc.

I would think that what is considered stealing is thing that are forbidden by the law. Downloading a game from torrent is againts the law. Stealing. Borrowing/giving thing is not forbidden by the law. Not stealing.

I thought that Gametrailer had some kind of exclusitivty with him.

Make some innovation to the game.

Some example could be that for a change, Link could be the person who get kidnapped by Ganon and we play as Zelda to save him...Oh and call the game Link, to follow the logic of the serie.

Or we could be playing as Zelda, get kidnapped, and all the game we stay in a prison, crying, making imaginary friend along the way, watching by the window to see if someone come to rescue her, until Link arrive and save her..

... I guess one of those would be more boring then anything else thought ... heh )
