@SIDEFX1 Disagree but like I said opinion has always been split on exclusives. I for example have played all 3 killzones but am yet to enjoy one. I have given it more than a chance. Ive never really like the feel/controls. The story fine and visuals are fine but pretty/detailed visuals a good game it does not make.
I on the flip side love the Halo series though there has been clangers in that too but know that some people hate it with a passion.
Some people love MGS4 but personally for me i was mostly watching a movie not playing a game.
Infamous one was great but I found infamous 2 to be a bit of a bore fest of repetitive game play and didn't change enough to the first one to be any form of improvement.
Titan Fall and the new killzone both look great but for these to be judged properly you need to play it and feel how well it plays.
I think project spark looks very interesting and id love to have a mess around with it.
Dead Rising i used to enjoy but the case file day by day thing used to annoy me. Apparently you don't have this on DR3 which is another exclusive and this excites me also. Its not that i dislike PS4, I just personally don't want to miss out on exclusives I have know and love
Its all personal opinion and people will continue to try and force theirs upon you. One thing is certain they both need each others consoles to at least be competitive else it will be bad for gamers in general. If PS4 were to overly dominate then they will feel they can do as they please.
@ShutUpFanboys Im sure it will do fine, PS4 will sell more due to the politics over DRM. Sony offered nothing that wowed me over XBox exclusives, the main issue is the DRM but to a lot of people (tho not most) that wont matter.
Xbox will start how PS3 started last time, i.e. behind the other. The future beyond that depends on games, any u-turns on DRM and maybe even future price drops.
@comn_nl actually dead rising 3 aint coming to pc they confirmed this already, Halo hasn't gone to pc since the first one. I think once people see both working and how the DRM works or even as MS said possibly changes (they are monitoring reaction remember) it will boil down to personal preference on games regardless of tech etc. Some people for example wont be able to not continue the infamous story and some will want to continue with master chief. New IP's are a bit of an unknown and will take shape over time. I prefer Xbox exclusives so will start with Xbone, but I always end up with both main consoles so that wont change it just means PS4 will be bought later. That's just my preference. Oh and my friends are getting xbox still, most of us dont buy pre-owned and rarely lend games etc just to explain before people rant about it to me. Everyone knows about this by now and to be honest i'm sick of Sony fanboys and their propaganda. Hell they still spout off about stuff thats been quashed such as the camera having to be on all the time.
@racerxgundam @Darksec @OldKye @bkohary Problem is people chucking out old news here n there about stuff that has been righted or since denied to be the case be that being uneducated or just for propaganda in the name of their chosen console.
In most cases most likely not foe the Wii U given its current state.
Again I have a PS3 and there are titles I like on it tho I mainly only play exclusives
@OldKye @Darksec @bkohary Hehe, I wish I was rich. Ill likely have to get one before the other and await a price drop, unless them lottery numbers come out of course. DRM admittedly had to go from a consumer point of view but MS were simply giving in to developer pressure which is still growing concern for the industry. Its not just bad games that are the reason for games companies going bust these days, its the pre-owned culture and piracy that is doing it.
