Well, even though I don't really watch WWE now except for its PPVs as I read the weekly show results on the Internet, I was a bit saddened to see that Kurt Angle, my favourite wrestler in WWE was granted a early release from his contract from WWE due to "personal issues". I believe these issues might be in association with his continuing neck problems or maybe with his marriage but I am not so sure.

I know this has nothing to do with games now but I know now that I will never see the Olympic Gold medalist in the WWE for a long time or ever again, which quite frankly sucks because he is one of the more talented superstars on the roster and easily outshines some of the main-eventers in the WWE today, John Cena for instance (OH IT'S TRUE, IT'S DAMN TRUE!!). They are hoping to do business again in the future and I hope that what eventually happens sometime down the road.

I presume he will still be in the upcoming WWE Smackdown vs Raw 2007 game anyway and if he is not, then I will not be a happy person since half the wrestlers in the game last year were not even at WWE anymore by the time the game came out and thus it was deemed out-of-date in a way.

So anyway I wish the best of luck to Kurt and his future endeavours and hopefully someday he will come back in some form or another. He had intelligence, integrity and intensity.
