To my surprise, I found out today that the game above me is compatible with PAL Xbox 360 systems as well as of course the Japanese one and being the ol' sort of impulse buyer, I got it on ebay. It is the version which enables you to use English language as well as the original Japanese and of course it was cheaper than it will be when it hits stores here at the end of the month. I was looking forward to this game anyway since it has that FFX feel to it, which is no bad thing since FFX is a great game. IGN AU gave the game a 8 therefore it should be pretty good anyway but again most of the time, I get a game because it interests me and not because of what it gets in the review department.
Hopefully I will get this by the weekend and share my first impressions with it soon after. Its 4 discs long so heck, I have a lot of gaming to do. I think it will be better than the last Mistwalker game, Blue Dragon. Heck its instantly better in my eyes if the game has a story (which I believe it has) and a good level of challenge (two things Blue Dragon most certainly did not have if you're excluding the Hard mode dlc).
Since I am here, I might as well talk about Burnout Paradise. I didn't like the demo that much, which a lot of people felt the same but the full game is a different story and man is it fun. The graphics are just amazing to look at and the crashes never get old with the shards of metal and glass going everywhere etc. One part I really enjoyed was the challenges you do while you are online and done all the 2 player challenges and a few 4-player ones with help from Nate (frogsoblivion21), Denis (NeoJedi) and Stephanie (princesszelda). I really like the city itself and just reminds me of San Andreas in a way probably because of the city and the countryside stuff within. I will like to get all the challenges done so if you want to help me with the 3 player and onward challenges, hit me up.
Until next time, take care and keep on gaming!
Toodles.
