Well, it is practically up to the Paypal now to decide about this problem between this idiot and I. I opened up a Paypal dispute like I said I was going to do since this guy is not going to give up and believe he is right, which he clearly isn't in this scenario. He decided not to bother communicating with me and escalated it to a claim.

The fact is though, knowing my luck, the guy will probably get away with it and I will probably have to pay more to the little p**** or Paypal will do that (hopefully since I have hardly any money to my name). I believe this guy is probably in his teens or something and hence thinks he can easily make a quick pound or two scamming people off. I thought he was reliable since he had 100% positive feedback but that is until he had to cross the line and have a go at myself with this.

Sorry about going on with this stuff but this guy is seriously getting on my last nerve. Lets looks at the "evidence" you may say:

• This guy claims he never owned Donkey Kong Country 2 and yet he couldn't have sent it when it was clearly his name and address on the parcel, which I still have in my possession.

• The only other game I was waiting for that time was the first Donkey Kong Country, which I received Monday morning and it was the RIGHT game.

• I have video proof (from my latest video blog) that it is indeed not the right game although the two games in this scenario share the same display style label, which I assume because this is the 2nd print of DKC 2 or something like that and hence could be easily a mistake by him but chooses not to think so.

• I sent the game back to the address on the parcel so if he received it, which I know he ain't going to let me know, then it was him all along who sent it and hence is the guilty person.

Well, once again, sorry to go on about this. This is interesting to me since it is unfortunately the first time I have come across someone like this on ebay and will make me more cautious from now on dealing with ebay sellers.
