If it takes that long then yes. I refuse to support a company who think I should spend $600 on a console.

In the long run, 600 smackers isn't very bad. People complain about it a lot here, but the quality of the system and many of the games are really good... even if you don't want Blu-Ray.

The quality of a Porsche is really good, but do people go out and buy them, nope, they're fine with their fuel efficiently Hondas. It takes them to point A to point B. But the PS3 have no games so it takes them nowhere.

Oh, yes, I forgot; apparently, to 360 fanboys, Heavenly Sword, MGS4, Warhawk, Motorstorm, Virtua Fighter 5, Armored Core 4, Ninja Gaiden Sigma, Final Fantasy XII, and Uncharted: Drake's Fortune don't qualify as "games".

If they're not games, what do you qualify them as? Things you can throw around like frisbees?

Well after much thinking and saving up money for a 42 INCH LCD TV OMFG! :D and much thinking of which console to get and after seeing my favorite game on the next gen ( Ninja gaiden 2 ) i decided to get a 360 but it still worries me even with the 3 year warrenty..Will a xbox 360 still give the red lights of death or ring of death..( w/e it's called ) now as of late 2007...

I really don't feel like putting up with it but thats reality -.- but yea is this still a problem or has the problem of this ring of death's and red lights casualties been lower since late 06.
