Mine always worked, until now. It held a charge pretty good an stuff, no sign of any decay. Now suddenly, it won't charge anymore. The green light comes on after 5 seconds and then when you disconnect the controller it turns off in 3 seconds so the only way to play is by keeping the controller connected at all times. I tried it on all my Xbox USB ports (because in the past sometimes the light turned to green after a reboot and then I just had to switch to a different port) but nothing works. I also tried my PC USB port but I get the same problem. My guess is that it is not caused by any battery-decay... I guess something is broken. I'll call Microsoft tomorrow, maybe they'll throw me a bone... It sucks though!

I have I question: I recently bought Crysis but there is a problem with it. The settings keep reverting back after I change them. So when I start the game I first have to rearange the setting in order for the game to work correctly on my laptop and thén I can play. This gets annoying after a while so does anyone know what to do about it? The settings are:

Fullscreen turned off (while I want it to be turned on)
Motion Blur custom (I just want it on medium)
Shader quality on high (major issue, I want it on low)
Anti Aliasing quality off (I want it on 2x)

It is just the basic Crysis, patched till the lates version and with no mods installed.

Oblivion and Fallout 3. I acknowledge they are good games, but I just couldn't get in to them. First I bought Oblvion, couldn't get into it so sold it again. Then I gave it another shot a while later with Fallout 3. Borrowed it from a friend, but I gave it back 2 days later. It just wasn't my kinda game. Sorry for letting you down Bethesda!

I did get into GTA IV though! I'm moving towards 100% now. I'm so addicted! I think it is a miracle of modern gaming. An absolute pinnacle in gaming history. Guess I'm the only one who wasn't hyping this game before it came out... It's just my kind of reflex: as soon as people start hyping something, I get really sceptical. I think when someting is a hype it will only let you down, so I completely excluded myself from the GTA IV hype and now I love this game!! People who say GTA IV isn't fun enough just aren't creative enough to make it fun. Last night I spend 1 hour just watching the TV in my safehouse, and it was awesome! America's Next Top H00ker and Republican Space Rangers FTW!!

there have been recent problems with LIVE. Started about 3 days ago where it would take 2 minutes to display and to view friends that are online. Sometimes it would take 2 minutes or more to connect in matchmaking COD4. This again, started 3 days ago, well until I noticed it. And no, its not my connection. Tjeremiah1988

I just got 100% in TLAD. It's pretty lame: only the ammo cap is removed, that's it!! So besides having 1000 Striker bullets, which I don't need anymore, there is nothing to unlock... bummer!! In the course of getting 100% you do get some bikes at your second safehouse though... an Innovation, a Hakuchou, a Bati 801 and that's about it!

The second bummer is that you can't watch the % complete at the leaderboards (so I can't brag about it with my friends). Oow, and it's a real shame that there is no section of TLAD on the Rockstar Socialclub. Even Chinatown Wars owners get special content via the Socialclub!!! For Christ's sake, I just got 100% on TLAD!! Gimme something to brag about!!!

Orange Box, GTA IV, Mass Effect, Bioshock, CoD 4, Gears of War series (although the lag in GoW 2 is horrible, but I blame the servers, not the game ;p ) and PGR 4, my favorite racing-game.

The game is OK but not great. The multiplayer isn´t that much fun when playing alone. Sometimes, friends of mine have their little "Halo game-night", then when I join in it can be a lot of fun. I wouldn't say Halo sucks, but it is definitely overrated.I mean, I like the multiplayer gameplay of Battlefield Bad Company better, despite the more limited options.

I used to play Gears of War 2 a lot, it was fun, until I got tired of the lag. Guess that Gears of War players always dislike Halo (just ask around on any GoW server) ;p

I got Call of Duty 4 a couple of days ago and it absolutely rules the world when it comes to multiplayer gameplay. Lot's of options, unlockables and modes (that's also the single thing I liked about Halo, and the thing I missed in too many other games).

EDIT: I can understand that someone mentioned that Halo 3 is just a mather of luck. I mean: when you're good in Halo, you still die a lot just because people are coming in from behind or are ganging or fragging you. I used to be really good in Counter-Strike 1.6 and I almost never died in that game. Halo indeed sometimes feels like a mather of luck, more so than for example Call of Duty 4...

I have both games. They are both masterpieces of modern gaming so it depends on what kind of games you like best:

Mass Effect is somewhat like Knights of the Old Republic (although I like Mass Effect better). It has deep gameplay and plays a lot slower than Bioshock. Also, you will have lots of important in-game conversations, which you'll need to think over every single time because they affect the story.

Bioshock is a FPS with some RPG elements. It plays a lot faster than Mass Effect and is fairly lineair (although the story is probably the best story ever to be featured in a game).

So: if you want non-lineair gameplay in a huge universe with lots of variation in environments and the choice to become good or evil: choose Mass Effect

if you want kinda lineair gameplayin a characterful world, with al kinds of creepy encounters andplot twists: choose Bioshock

Think about whether you like RPG's or FPS's. Did you like Oblivion/Fallout better than Half-Life 2? Then go for Mass Effect (although I hated Oblivion for being too slow and love Mass Effect, but hey).

My personal advise: buy them both! I got Mass Effect last week for 10 euro's (new!) and I traded in Mirror's Edge (which I bought for 9 euro's new) for Bioshock. They are both amazing games which belong in every gamers collection!

Tekken 6 (I haven't played Tekken since Tekken 3 so I'm kinda itching to get my hands on the new one!)
