There are multiple Walmarts within 20 minutes of me. You can try Ephrata, PA; Wyomissing, PA; Temple, PA; Exeter, PA; Lebanon, PA. The one in Wyomissing had some last night cuz I went there to get the Nyko charging station for my Wiimotes.
I live in Eastern, PA. I went to the Walmart in Wyomissing last night and they had a few Elites. Was thinking about getting one but the I realized I already have a 360 and I just wanted it cause it was black haha.

The Slimline wasn't an upgrade, it was a redesign. The only upgrade on the elite is the hdmi port. The 120gb hd can't be considered an upgrade since it's removable and will be sold separately for owners own the premium and core. Everything else is the same compared to the current 360s.
hum... sounds like an upgrade to me gee I have a 20 gig hard drive and that has a 120 gig hard drive hum yup upgrade oh and it upscales dvds....UPGRADE!
