i need help on DBZ Budakai Tenkaichi 2!!!!!!!

:?Who has every character in dbz budakai tenkaichi 2? i have done just about everything and i can't get any new characters i tried the ps2 codes and they didn't work. Every time i go to my friends house (BIGdawgBROLY) we trie something new. He wants Super Android 13 i wantSuper Baby Vegeta1,2. if anybody knows more characters please help me i'm so tired of trying and notgeting anything!!!!! please help!!!!!
