It's all about taste of genre. On one hand you got an action/advention game in Spiderman 3. On the other you have an RPG in Oblivion. I hate RPG's and i can personally recommend SM3, good game with good playback value.
They will both be great in their own right....its saying saying which is better a plane or a helicopter, they both will get the job done. Job = Entainment
