Winners in bold

Saturday, December 30
NY Giants @ Washington Wait... remember when Washington was supposed to be good? Yeah, back then, Pluto was still a planet.
NYG: 28  WSH: 6

Sunday, December 31
Carolina @ New Orleans New Orleans will not be playing starters for very long... Luckily they play Chris Weinke
Cleveland @ Houston Browns are playing a 3rd string QB, Texans coming off a huge win over Indy.
Detroit @ DallasHehe... poop. And with the first pick in the 2007 draft, Detroit selects... Calvin Johnson?
Jacksonville @ Kansas City Its tough for inconsistient teams to win at Arrowhead
New England @ Tennessee Vince Young puts himself as the front runner for rookie of the year
Oakland @ NY Jets See below
Pittsburgh @ Cincinnati I cant go against my Bengals
Seattle @ Tampa Bay Seattle won't win it, Tampa bay will lose it
St Louis @ Minnesota The Vikings run D will not have to do much as the Rams burn them through the air
Arizona @ San Diego Chargers need a win to clinch home field, but who needs starters when you play the cardinals?
Atlanta @ PhiladelphiaIt will be tough, but Jeff Garcia continues what could be a super bowl run
Buffalo @ Baltimore Buffalo is not good enough yet
Miami @ Indianapolis Indy this season is probably the weirdest team I've ever seen
San Francisco @ Denver The Bengals need all the help they can get...
Green Bay @ Chicago Brett Farve's (maybe) last game will not end well, possibly changing his retirement plans?

There still is hope for the Bengals to reach the playoffs
We either need the raiders to beat the jets or the 49ers to beat the broncos and the chiefs to beat the jags.

So itll be one big upset or two lesser upsets. I don't really care which, as long as we're in the playoffs. (actually, I would prefer both, so we can get the 5th seed and probably avoid the colts in the first round.)

Wow, I still can't believe my bengals lost on a botched extra point.

All I can do is root for Miami now.

With the Colts horrible against the run but good against the pass, the Bengals couldn't afford to go down by 2 possesions because not only would they be forced to pass, the run game would be unusable. So by not going for it on fourth and 1 on the colts 12, and then allowing the colts to score and go up by 10, thats where I think the Bengals lost the game.

I also don't understand why they would punt when down by 18 with only about 4 minutes left

So Marvin Lewis said he's not running the ball a lot. "I am going to try to score as many points as possible. That's how you beat Peyton Manning" - Marvin Lewis.

dallas_cowboys3
Well, the Jags scored a lot by running the ball... If the Bengals are going to win, they need to get ahead early so they can run the ball regularly later in the game.
