What about the hardware on the inside? are the processors the same in the pro and elite?

And 1 more thing i just noticed. the pro doesnt have the HD-DVD player built in like the elite so what does that mean for games? (the elite also has the upscaling which im not sure if the pro has)

TENTHROW2

the 120GB HD is the ONLY reason to choose elite over premium. They have the same processors and the new prems have the same new cooling/sink features. Who cares what color it is.

If you plan to download a ton of content and never delete it, elite is the way to go. If you will download here and there and delete old stuff, save some money and get premium, then you can get 2 games along with it for same price as elite.

Thankyou very much! that isexactly whati needed to know. Decision has been made.

really cool avi btw man. thats from Bleach right?

Hey everybody

I've finally decided to go next gen and ive chosen the 360. The problem is i dont know whether to get the Premium or the Elite. So i was wondering if you guys who know a thing or two about 360s could help me choose by telling me the main differences between them besides the 20gb-120gb Hard drive, the HDMI cable and the fact that the elite is black :P

Thanks alot for all your help guys in advance i appreciate it.

P.S. if you want to just say get the elite or the premium ill take the sheer volume of ppl saying get this one into consideration :)

Halo was good because it was the first good FPS on the Console. But when you try to compare it to PC titles it quickly looses it's uniqueness...

besides possibly co-op, everything it has done right has already been done before on the PC, that's why PC gamers gets pissed off when console fans hype up Halo, because they know that these features were on the PC first, and is really nothing new.

CLDragonCL

even co-op was already done and quite well actually in Quake 2 and both mission packs. Playing that with a friend of mine over the net back when it first came out was probably some of the most fun ive ever had gaming and still ranks up there today. I find that co-op is so shunned these days but im happy its kinda makin a comeback. Cant wait for Army of Two. But i digress. HL2 and Halo are both great games, and loads of fun to play on and offline, regardless of what console they came out for first. (cuz i think HL2 is on 360 now or will be soon). But in the end you cant really prove or disprove what someone else is saying because its all their opinions and their taste so this topic seems kind of pointless in the end. (sorry to the gentleman who started it)

Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops for sure, hours upon hours of online fun.

I thought Killzone Liberations multiplayer was adhoc only?
