Atlantis: Atlantis is located nn the Pegasus Galaxy and is a massive floating "city" constructed by the Ancients. It is surrounded by slowly depleting energy shield and contains a wealth of Ancient technology and equipment. The place was built by an advanced race of humans who constructed the Stargate network, millions of years ago. Many eventually ascended to a higher plane of existence when a "great plague" swept across the galaxy. *ahem*ahem* They crossed the gate and came to earth! Remembar that epi, when Wier finds her other univeres slef and the other Wier explains to them that Wraith (tomarrow) are coming and they are losing a battle against them. So, the anicants pack up & leave to defend themselves. I don't remember how, but Wier2 manages to build a time machine allowing her to travel back into the "current" galaxy and re tell her story of wht happaned to the others when they arrived to the mirrior universe. The galaxy2 ppl enter the place and it ends up sinking b/c the shield let out, Wier gets out and then is blasted (wraith, i think) back to the anicent time. Its confusing and Im having a brain spazzem. U all can fill the rest out. :) HAVE FUN IN THIS POST.. He presents a tough exterior and hides his mathematical ability. He has a wry sense of humor and likes to pretend he's not as smart as he really is. note: I love it when he is sarcastic & witty. When he joins rodney & the mayhem begin. They argue about stuff.. hence stuff. like that time they were on the ancient ship and rodney wants to go, but shep enters the thing himself. or that other time the ZPM won't work, rodney and that anicent weapon, rodney and the wraith zapping ray gun, i could go on and on.....hahhahaaha. I hope those 2 get together. They make an intelligent couple. Wier and her smarts and Shep and his smarts. What a team.
