this is for my buddy, 123home123 or 123home as we all call him. ;) on 5-30-07, i posted a sadded blog about me being pre-diabectic. and you know who comes to the resucue? 123HOME! he gave me some excellant advice such as diet and excerise and what foods should be avioded to prevent the onset of diatbetes. 123, you gave me some wonderful advice. i appriecate your double post and extensive knowledge on the subject. you have always such intelligent blogs/posts and they impressive. thank for caring and for being a good friend. :) for 123!
