a very sad day for trek fans everywhere. :( majel barrett has passed today at 76. she was a great actress & was a wonderful asset to the trek universe. she was a terrific nurse chapel, a kick ass, hilarious totally charming lwaxana troi yet, annoying mom to counselor troi and last but not least, THE COMPUTER VOICE! :D

she also was a producer for andromeda and made a guest appearance on b5 as the emperors wife.

she was a great person and will be missed. :( RIP!
