Well I do agree that maybe they should wait for XII to come out before showing us that wonderful teaser trailer of XIII. I personally am now very excited for XIII because it seems to be going back to the style I like best. BUT, realistically speaking, XIII won't be out for a long time. XII comes out in October for the US, where as XIII has no release date, and is coming on the PS3, which isn't even out yet. And it's not like XIII is going to be a launch title. The game is not even close to being completed, so people should have pleeeenty of time to fully enjoy XII before XIII comes out.
because they know a lot of people love Final Fantasy. They know that fans would buy every single game, the company makes. A company earns money - it's that simple.
Personally, I prefer quality over quantity - but Square earns more money putting quantity over quality - unfortunately.

I wouldn't go that far yet. We have no idea about the quality of these games, for all we know all three will be so amazing we forget about 7.....well maybe not THAT good, but don't pass judgement on Sqaure Enix until the games actually arrive.
