When you talk to a person, there will a small logo on the bottom of the screen in the topics section. (Next to the barter logo) Click that and you can either bribe them or playing the persuasion mini-game.
As far as RPG's go, I suppose that the PS3 would have more. (Due to the Final Fantasy Series) Both have Oblivion, and that is my favorite RPG of all time. Although I like the 360 more, the PS3 would have the best RPG's.
Hmm... that's hard to say. Perhaps my favorite game is The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. It was really a great game. Halo 2 is almost as good, as well as The elder scrolls 4: Oblivion. I'm really not sure, but it would be between these three.
