I have both demos for both systems. During the opening scene on the PS3, there's white borders on the bottom and right of the screen. Annoying. The water effects don't look as good and the framerate is low. Graphics aren't as crisp, but lighting is better in some places. During gameplay the borders are still there but now look like graphic glitches that even smear with blur effects. Framerate is an issue.

I dunno. I love the PS3 and wanted this to be the definitive version of this game, but the demo leaves me unimpressed.
