That may be true, not siding with sony, but they do have alot more to do with home then with the 360 avatars, Like your own room and an actually place where everyone can go to hang out. So its kinda more but they still have been taking their time with it.

Ok, I love Rock Band, and I used to love guitar hero but this is crazy. People are saying that they are getting GH4 because of the music creator. Why not learn to play an instrument? Why not leave the guitars behind and try to listen to some real music like Hip-Hop or R&B, and not a bunch of noise.... Maybe when Activision/Harmonix get their heads out of their butt and make a Hip-Hop themed music game and not just crap Rock, then maybe they will get a dollar rom me, but not until then...

You realize another name for hip hop's 'backround music' is instrumentals, right? Plus if you want a rapping game there was a PS2 called Get on Da Mic, and it flopped

You actually prove my point. Im not taling about instruments, just the Rock genre, meaning that Activision or Harmonix need to make a Hip-Hop themed game, even if it uses instruments. I EVEN mentioned instruments in an earlier post. And as far as "Get on Da mic" again, I want a game that someone put actual care into making. Just as much effort went into making Rock Band should be put towards making a Rap Band, or whatever the name may be.

I know it would be sooo sick! To have one based on rap but i think there making a DJ hero? I just hope its rap and not techno crap.

Did anyone play Beatmania on the PS2? If you did then you'd know that this is a bad idea. Even if it uses rap, it's still a bad idea.

Beatmania was poorly made and supported. It was just a mess, and it wasn't fun at all, and it actually proves my point that I want to see a hip-hop game that actually shows some sort of LOVE and EFFORT from the developers (whoever it may be) just like they put the effort into making the Rock themed games, the same needs to be put into the Hip-Hop themed game..

Its ok. At first I thought "well here we go with the stereotyping." But I think i figued out you were trying to make a point in a sense. And yes, people love to assume on these boards when they see something that more than likely is different then what they are used to (skin color, music tastes, graphic styles, etc etc....)
