I actually just found that valve complete package on steam, its a great deal but I have to download all those games, thats ALOT of downloading lol but like I said all those for 99.99 is real value, and it does include left 4 dead btw

It doesnt seem that Left 4 dead is on the orange box that was mentioned, is there another version of a package of games from them or was that just incorrect? Anyway that was a big factor but if it doesnt come with L4D then I think me and my bro's are goin with UT3 for a bit

I just may be sold on that, i have actually played that game on my buddies 360 but we where in split screen on a 27 in t.v and was not at all the way I would prefer to play the game, I'll see what my buddies think of that and we may see you online man

Left 4 dead has coopertive online mode that I knew about, but I was unaware that it had a competitive mode such as death matches or ctf kinda stuff

Ya havent played darkfall yet but from doin quite a bit of reading and video watching it seems more geared toward the pve side, just like lotro has pvp but is still very much so a pve based game, not saying the games I suggested for pve dont have pvp in them, its just not one of the main elements for the game or in darkfalls case since I have not played it doesnt seem like its goin to be

Well i'm gettin a new pc at the first of april that will handle it fine i'm sure, amd 720 be with 4g ddr3 1333ram and a 4970 1g ati, but my main concern isnt really how good the single player game is so much as the pvp/multi-player online content, I mean alot of people like crysis I know this but I was just thinking maybe a more online geared game like a ut3 would have better online features to have fun online while it might be less of a game in comparison.. just a thought I'm really having a hard time choosing what I want right now

Try Warhammer Online if your into pvp also the chronicles of spellborn is coming out very soon as they are in closed beta right now(already out in EU though) but if your into pve more and really dont care about pvp, Try Lord of the rings online, or maybe Vangaurd, Although darkfall seems to be the best pve game thats available right now, I would wait a while as they are still working out some issues in that game and most of the people that are promoting it or playing it right now are only the people that where already in love with the "IDEA" of the game and that idea is not fully functional yet, but when it is and your into pve and depth thats where its gonna be at.

I have played rpg's and then on to mmo's all my life and really never done the FPS games, but me and a few of my mmo buddies want to start playing something that has good online features (online pvp and possibly a mulit-player story mode). There doesnt seem to be alot of info-or I just dont know where to look- for alot of the games that have my interest as far at the story mode part, but anyway here is a few games I was looking at- if someone can throw me a few opinions on what i'm getting myself and my buddies into online community wise and just overall will really help with the decision.
