Hey! What's up, guys! I actually stayed true to my word: It's a weekend update! 8) WHO GONNA ROCK THE PLACE?

Yeah, I know. I'm kinda shocked that I was able to keep my promise, too. :lol:

Things are going great on my end. College is a lot of fun, and I've met a lot of great people here. :) The workload hasn't picked up yet, but from what I can see, it's gonna be an uphill battle in the upcoming months, although that was to be expected. After all, I did decide to major in engineering. :P

Also, I just turned 18 this Thursday. I don't feel any different, oddly enough. It felt more like an ordinary day than the Big One Eight. Hm... It would have probably been much more enjoyable if I didn't have a ton of homework, but all things considering, it was nice. :)

Of course, this is all somewhat undermined, considering today's date. I can't believe that it's been almost a full decade... :(

Right now, I'm chilling (but I seriously need to start on my homework soon). My parents visited me a few hours earlier to take me out for lunch. I wouldn't say that I'm feeling homesick, but it was good to see them again. :)

It also appears that I am exactly 1% away from reaching Level 30. Wow, really? :|

Metroid: Other M just hit shelves a little over a week ago. One guy on my floor has it, and it looks sick. I'm definitely going to pick it up ASAP.

Enough about me; how are all of you guys? :D
