Hey guys. I'm currently having some problems with Microsoft's support and would greatly appreciate any advice or suggestions.
If it makes any difference I live in England
My 360 suffered the rrod (annoyingly on my birthday and just after I was given lost odyseey as a gift).
Me and my dad went to the 360 website and went to support where we were then given instructions on how to get the 360 repaired.I gave microsoft my email and they said they would send me a label ( via email ) to attach to a box with my 360 in so I could send it off to them.
After a short wait I recieved the email but when attepting to open the link in the email that took me to the UPS site with my return label I was greeted by this error message.
"Error: Unable to retrieve the UPS Label information. Please check the retrieval link. ( Error Code: 0 ) "
We have just sent an email to microsoft asking for help but have yet to recieve a reply. Until we get one, does anyone have any advice, or has anyone suffered the same problem?
any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
