so today was the last day before easter break and today we went on a field trip. we went to ellis island. its the island where the immigrants got processed (in new york) in the last 1800's. it's closed now so now it's a museum. it was cool. the ferry ride was the best though cause they had food and drinks. weird thing is that it snowed in manhattan.
