I'm leaving Wednesday morning to catch a flight to San Diego California. It will be a trip back in time as well as a trip into the future for me.

You see I used to live in California... about an hour north of San Francisco a nice little town called Santa Rosa(yeah it's not so little anymore). I moved up here to South Dakota about 8 years ago. One of many reasons was the cost of living and the trafic. I have been to San Diego a couple times before but I was young and don't remember much, we went to the Zoo as a family back then.

This will be my first trip anywhere by myself. I guess it's about time I took a trip alone. In that sense this trip is like a trip into the future for me. Not just that but I will be going to ComicCon for the first time ever. Even though it's only for a day it should be an experience unlike any other.
