I haven't been posting on Gamespot since we got our own Gamespot ( .com.au ).

I've been busy Working and constantly playing Counter Strike: Source, also with School ontop.

First up i'd like to say some things about the current state of The WWE,
Alot of things seem to p*sses me off about WWE, reasons why:
- WWE Keep pushing already established wrestlers like, HHH, Shawn Michaels and The Undertaker.
- They aren't pushing top talent that needs to be pushed like, CM Punk ( Whos Push went downhill due to problems with the Staff workers, WWE must be high because CM Punk is one of the greatest Indy wrestlers i have even seen ( Along with Samoa Joe, who is now TNA-Only, Delirious, Jack Evans and Christopher Daniels. Him being in WWECW is stupid, at least put him on Smackdown and make the US Title division exiting... ), Matt Hardy ( Whos been in the WWE longer than Edge, Orton, Batista, John Cena, Mr Kennedy and Lashley . Another thing that p*sses me off about Matt Hardys current state is that his brother Jeff leaves in 2003, in the space of the 3 years Jeff was away, Matt only holds the Cruiser title, while Jeff wrestlers in the Rival company, TNA, for 2 years.
Jeff comes back and is already IC champion, why isnt Matt US Champion?, pretty f*cking stupid imo.), Shelton Benjamin ( Had a longer IC Title reign than Orton, which seemed to be forgotten for some reason? even though they kept on mumbling on about Ortons " So long IC Title Reign ", hes one of the best wrestlers WWE has had ( and may be the Best of all time in the WWE in terms of Talent and Skill in the Ring and Out ).
Booker T ( Booker is one of my favourite Heavyweight wrestlers of all time, he was my Favourite WCW wrestler and around 2000-2001 he finally became a Main-Event wrestler, His King Booker gimmick is not the best in my opinion.
But what really p*sses me off is that Batista comes back, and in the space of a couple of months is already World Heavyweight Champion, even though Booker kept the Heavyweight division going and making it watchable he gets thrown to the curve because WWE-Made wrestler Batista has come back, STUPID MOVE WWE ).
ECW Originals ( Without them there would be no ECW, and for them to Job to wrestlers that havent been around for around 5 years ( With the exeption of Punk ) is stupid and it degrades the ECW name ).
- WWECW, ECW died in 2001, let it be, just because The Rise and Fall of ECW ( DVD ) was successful doesnt mean that they can bring the whole brand back, its never going to be what it was before and having a guy who has only been around for 2 years as the ECW Champion is f*cking stupid.

Gaming:

I havent really played my 360 as Much, Xbox Live lags on me heaps ( Even though i have 512k Internet, which should be enough ).
I've had my Wii since the launch on December 7th, I had quite alot of fun with it within 1-2 weeks but later on it became a bit boring, the only new game we've had since launch is basically Smooth Moves, so i decided to pack my Wii away untill some good games start appearing, i'd also like to rant about it aswell,
- Price: Sure, $400 for a Next Gen console is pretty awesome ( Xbox 360's are $650 for Premium, PS3s are going to be a f*cking stupid $1000 for the 60GB ), but then add the price of getting another full Wii Remote set-up ( Wiimote + Nunchuck ) which is $100 ( $700 if you wanted a Wii with 4 Full Wii Remote set-ups ).
- Graphics: Nintendo said that they wernt going to go for graphics and focus more on Gameplay, sure the Gameplay is fun, but having Last-Gen graphics puts me off, as said by alot of people ( Which i can sorta agree with ) your basically getting a Gamecube with a new way of playing games with the Wiimote.
- Games: Having to rely on Nintendos big names for good games is a shame, there havent really been good 3rd-Party games which is stupid, also games cost around $80-$100 when Playstation 2 games cost around $70-$80 and look better than Wii Games.

Ever since i packed away my Wii i have been put-off with New Games, and i've started to get into Retro gaming starting off the Sega Saturn, which is a f*cking awesome console, the Graphics are pretty good considering the console is 12-13 years old, the Games rock ( Nights, Virtua Fighter 2, Panzer Dragoon, Fighters Megamix ect...) and playing the Saturn makes me feel happy, playing games that are/were original are are not sloppy re-makes like the current games today.

Recently getting my Xbox 360 (launch), i was very impressed, the graphics weren't as blocky, the controller was comfortable but the game i had wasn't as i thought it would be, i am talking about Perfect Dark Zero.
I was hoping for it to be the next Halo, sure the game is fun, the missions are ok, but to me it didn't deliver a good game.
Online mode is annoying, every 5 mins i get booted off.
Other than that, i also got to play other games, and i was very impressed on what the 360 can do, games like G.R.A.W and Call of Duty 2 ( which i am hooked onto ), it made me realise what a great console i had brought.
Achievements and Gamerscore is a big thing to me, wanting to get a high gamerscore, and doing everything the game has to do ( to get achievements), i celebrate every time i get an Achievement.
If i were to rate the Xbox 360 out of ten, i would give it a 8.5/10.
There are some bits in the 360 that i don't really get, HDTV ( Everyone has got an SDTV!!) the Market place, you buy like $50 bucks worth of points, only to waste them in 5 mins and can there be an option where you can locate online servers and pick the one that suits you and everyone else?

I recently watched WrestleMania 22 ( 2 days ago ), and it was a good PPV, Money in the Bank was my favourite Shelton has HUGE potential.
HBK and Vinnie was a good match, HBK finally got back at Vince, probably because Vince overuses the " Montreal thing ".
The World Heavyweight championship match was short, i was expecting a solid 30 minute match, but in the end i was dissapointed, Rey as champion? He's a cruiser ffs, and i am getting so pi$$ed off at this " For Eddie thing ", get over it Eddie is DEAD let him rest in peace instead of Rey reminding everyone that Eddie is dead.
WWE Champioship match?, i had high hopes that HHH would win the title, i seriously hate John Cena ( and everyone else is starting to hate him ), i don't even want to talk about it anymore, if WWE wants to milk all the fans money with useless John Cena merchandise then let them do it.

By the start of next year im hoping TNA will be in full pace, going around America and displaying TNA talent, instead of everyone having to stay up late just to watch 30 mins of wrestling.

Well thats all, i'm going to start hanging around GS then wasting hours on Runescape ( yes, Runescape ).

With only 12 days to go until the Xbox 360 comes down under i am puzzled on why Microsoft didn't give it to us earlier.
On the Xbox360 VIP site (AUS/NZ only), it says:
- The reason why we pushed back the launch date was that there was a high demand of 360's in the US and Europe, US and Europe also had a very low supply, but heres the thing, why give more 360's to country's that already have them?

Im happy that the wait is nearly over, but i am so annyoyed on how AUS/NZ gets everything late, we got the PSP late (Sep 1st 2005 ffs), we got the PS2 late (Christmas ish, 2000) i was a bit happy that we got the DS a bit earlyier (Feb 28th 2005).

Sure, AUS/NZ has a low population, but we still play games, if the big companies are gonna spend more thime on the others than us we might aswell not bother anymore.

I am also annyoed on our country's ratings sytem, Mark Ekko's? Getting Up was recently banned, this also applied to Manhunt, BMX XXX, 50 Cent Bulletproof and the Postal series, our country is smart enough to look after ourselves, what the last video-game releated crime was like 5 years ago?
Compare that to other countrys (USA for example), they have tons of Video Game releated crimes.

Thats all for now, hoping the OLFC, Sony, Ninty and MS can do something right this year, and treat us fairly!
