Well, it's been about two months now and I haven't played my PSP, I have only picked it up a few times to listen to some of the music I have on it, and to maybe transfer some data to my 360 or PC.
Now, some would say that it might be because I don't really have any games, or, the games I do have suck, but not true. I've been running Dev-hook, ( a homebrew for psp that emulates firmware to play any umd disk w any firmware exp. 2.8+), which also allows me to play iso's in which I have a whole lot of, every game I wanted plus some I didn't.
So why the apparent lack of interest? Honestly? I'm not sure, it really hasn't been calling out to me, I have it set up to do alot of cool stuff, but yet, I've been ignoring it. I still bring it with me everywhere I go, but just don't ever use it. Is it me or is the PSP just lost its sparkle, is that flame of passion, that twinkle of newly found love is gone? Or is it like being married, where sometimes you can't get enough, and other times where you can't get enough time away? Idk, but I hope when MGS Potrable Ops comes out, maybe it will rekindle that desire and passion that i miss so much. If not, i will most likley trade it in or just give it to mt fiance (who wants one, but too cheap to buy one for herself).
If anyone else feels the same, or is going though the same issues, let me know and we can start a PSP Neglect Support Group. And maybe though communication, we can help each other fix our broken vowels to the PSP.
