No, but they should lose points for either being unfair or too hard due to bad design. If they are trying to be hard, like Jump King, then they succeed. If they are hard because of bad collision detection, or just obnoxious design, then it comes down to bad design which has always been an issue.

So try hard but when I got around to playing it, it's incredibly dated. Couldn't play it for long. Everything about it screams marketing. Design by committee. There's no passion.
Think I might give it a try later on. Still saving for a PS5 whenever the **** I can actually get my hands on one.
@ghosts4ever: It's perfect as it is. You can always watch other people's cut scenes if you don't want to wander around aimlessly shooting stuff and looking for easter eggs. No one is forcing you.
My friend I played RDR2 and it is one of few or only game that is failed as video game yet having amazing world, atmosphere, graphics, even Story is pretty good if overrated.
Gameplaywise its just trash. mission design is strictly linear and walking in straight line with automatic hourse riding, cover shooting, doing some chores etc.
Its just another movie game in open world skin but a movie game that done everything apart from playing part right.
and this is why i believe it should not be a game because its barely even a game.
I couldn't care less mate whether you think its a game or not. Sorry. It's a game if you like it or not as a game.

I bought one because I was bored and liked the idea of playing indie titles on the go. Don't regret it actually. Although the first party library is not exactly extensive and there are a lot of wii u ports. If I'd bought a wii u then that I might like it less.
It is what I said the Wii U should have been.
Red Dead 2 and it's not particularly close.
I did however enjoy Breath of the Wild for it's freedom. Witcher 3 for its story, style, and pretty much everything else,
All they needed to do before releasing was ask people if they wanted a google based streaming console. I don't know a single person who wanted it, was curious about it, or (goes without saying) bought it.
GTFO google.
