This is the first step to not owning games but licensing them. Microsoft doesn't want you to own a physical disc with the expectation of being able to trade, sell, or lend it. They would prefer to have you lease/license it so you have no above rights. This leads down to a dark road. Look forward to having to pay a subscription fee to play any of your games, old or new. Will be seeing it in the next console cycle if they don't take a major hit sales.
