If you take cutscenes and such into account, it HAS to be FEAR.  People get their arms blows off, severing arteries, by invisible forces, all in slow-mo.  Yet you can turn off the blood; I guess that's for the multiplayer, as its still in teh scripted stuff and cutscenes.:?

Did Stubbs ever come to PC?  If it did, it would give all these games a run for their money.
