There are more female characters, but for the sake (not Sake) of argument, Videl appears much later in the series. Similarly, Goku's wife was a very successful and strong-willed fighter who takes her role as wife and mother so seriously as to retire to magnify those callings.

GameSpot had excellent coverage of great games! From a business standpoint, I thik Nintendo is going in the right direction, Sony is still fighting an uphill battle and Microsoft is resting a little too heavily on their laurels.
