Well, I've been on ff.net for just over three years, as of October, and believe it, or not, that all got strated with a bet.
I made a bet to my oldest brother, that I could write a story, post it, and get at least one decent review on it . . . he lost $150 on it, because I got a decent review within the first few minutes after it was posted . . . that story was A Simple Song, and believe it, or not, everything just led from there, by the end of the second year, I had begun getting ideas for several of the stories that now bear my screenname.
It was just last year, though, that I began to write collaboratively with a good friend of mine, who uses the screenname of Dragonmaster4381, since that point in time, we have put out six collaborative efforts, the names of which are:
R-Factor:
This was the first collaboration we worked on, and it still holds a place for me.
StD: Diablo:
This one started out, as all of our collaborative fics have, with a conversation of how much we thought So The Drama didn't allow Ron to rise to the occasion, so, we wrote this.
Prince of Darkness:
Again, on a whim, both of us thought, Ron vs. Count Dracula . . . how awesome would that be?
Apparently, we weren't the only ones, people really ate this one up.
Path to Home:
During a discussion for Diablo, we came up with this bad boy, and developed it from there, read it, you won't be disappointed.
Hawaiian Honeymoon:
This is a small side story to Prince of Darkness, and is unfinished, I seem to have hit a nasty case of writers block where this one's concerned.
And then, there's Before R-Factor:
A one-shot prequel to the story mentioned at the top of this writing..
