Today last year my wife was in Atlanta Medical Center getting brain surgery. She had a subdural hematoma that they still to this day do not know what caused it. This past year has been a rough year for us both. It still seams like it happened yesterday. But wow a whole year and things finally feel back to normal. I felt like sharing this with you guys as I hadn't discussed it much if at all on here or with anyone else outside of family for that matter. The doctors said a year from the surgery would greatly decrease the chances of a recurrence. Glad to have that in our past.

Saturday I took Louie one of my dogs on a 4 mile hike in Sweetwater Creek state park in Douglas County Georgia. If your are ever in the area and enjoy hiking this is good place to do it.[url[http://gastateparks.org/info/sweetwater/[/url] I enjoyed it so much, that on Sunday I took my other dog Razor on the same hike. Hope you all like the pictures. Ones of the creek itself and the other is the New Manchester Manufactoring Company Textile plant that waas burnt down in the Civil War by General Shermans troops in 1864 after the employees where taken to prison camps in the north.

My wife and I went halibut fishing in Seward Alaska last year. These are the halibut caught by everyone on the charter boat. Too bad the 2 big ones aren't ours, 4 of the other ones on the right side are though, plus we caught about a dozen cod. We had 5' swells that day making it difficult but fun none the less.

This is Shrek a bearded dragon that lives at the animal clinic that my wife works at. Someone brought this saddle in for one of her co-workers for some unknown reason. My wife decided to put the saddle on Shrek.

I have finally achieved 100% completion.

I missed two of the random characters and was at 99% for what seemed like forever. It took me a while but, as you can see, I finally figured it out.
