I suggest trying out a piece of software called Advanced Systems Care. Its basically everything you would need - disk clean up, disk defrag, spyware remover, privacy sweeper, registry fixer and more. I use this a lot and the defragger is a lot quicker than the Windows versions.

I have everything running on max settings at my max res for my tv (only 1368 x 768) and it looks great and runs perfectly. If only they could fix the random crashes that happen.
