I got an error last night when I was purchasing a game- I went back to my cart and it worked the second time. Sounds like PSN's being glitchy right now, maybe they're doing maintenance or something... hopefully if you try again a little later it'll work.

When did you last purchase PS+ from your sub account? It's possible there's been a change in the Terms of Services since then. Are you able to access the master account to purchase PS+ from there?
I think it works with my master account, but I won't benefit from the cloud saving and stuff (some of my save datas are now stuck in there because I can't access it anymore...) so I don't want PS+ with master account. As for when, I have to get back home later tonight to check.
