I've had this happen to me actually, then i got the game home and found fingerprints all over it.I returned it asking how a new game has fingerprints all over it and demanded a refund or a new sealed game, the tools at gamestop were only going to give me like $30 store credit for a "new" game i just bought 2 hours earlier, talk about a ripoff and a scam, i refuse to do any kind of business with that "pawn" shop.
