Borrowed Borderlands yesterday and have been enjoying the game so far. Literally the perfect equinox between first person shooting and role playing. What it lacks in lore and customization that Dragon Age had makes it up with raw, gory, top notch shooting that's fun all around.

Have yet to go into multiplayer in the game and I've been mostly traversing the wastelands on my own but it doesn't mar the sheer enjoyment of the game.

Mordecai is ridiculously bada** by the way. Disregard the fact that he superficially looks like a crossbreed between a mexican luchador and a dominatrix, the man's got mad skills and a bird that you can ignite and launch at enemies. C'mon, a flaming bird coming right at ya'! That's epic right there.

So yeah, bottomline, going to be spending a few hours of my X-mas traversing the savage, Skagg-filled deserts of Pandora. So if my friends are wondering where I am, this should provide a clue or two. And no, crusader, I am not going to be in Redcliffe flirting with Morrigan.
