hey i might know in the 4th memory block you have to find hidden view points in the poor part and rich part of the cities so look for a rele big building then go to the top of it and see if you can syncronize at the top, you have find them bc they are hidden in those areas you have to find them your self if you already knew that then sry i dont know.

I am pretty sure its cancelled from all the thigns i looked from. But if anything there is a small chance because palces like ebgames, and walmart never put something on the pre-order shelf if its gonna be cancelled. 12/03/07 walmart.com, ebgames.com they all say it.
