what are the chances that it brakes again cause if i'm without my xbox for another whole month its going to suck

So my xbox just died and it will take 4 weeks to get it fixed so i wanna get a new computer game to hold me over until then. I'm looking for a game thats about $30 or less and it has to work wellon this computer. I just want to know which game has the better multiplayer. The single player campaigns have nothing to do with this.

I need a new wireless adapter for my xbox 360 cause the generic one I have now broke. I don't really want to spend $100 on the official xbox 360 one so I want to know if there are any other adapters people use that cost less but work just as good as the official one.
