I am under the weather and bored so it's better than nothing.

I received the Outlier Emblem yesterday, which is a good thing. It's not that easy to get.

Here is a big Shark that only seeks out small fish that live in a bowl. jk

By now, you must have guessed that i love Eagles. To me Eagles signify Freedom, Patriotism, Strength and the Will to Fight On for what we believe in.

I like to collect Eagle related items of all kinds. At the time i created my GameSpot user name " Eagle5648 " i owned 5648 Eagle related items so i simply added those numbers to the word Eagle.

My new PC has an AMD Athlon 64 x2 Dual-Core Processor. It came with Windows Vista Home Premium OS installed on it which only supports Directx 10, making it useless for running most of my games.

To solve this problem i installed a GeForce 7900 GS OC 256MB Graphics Card which supports Directx 9.0c. I Wanted to use the 8800 Graphics Card but there wasn't enough room in this Mid Sized Tower. I also replaced the power supply with an 800 watt PS. By installing these upgrades i can play the majority of PC games available ( I Hope ).

I have access to the various consoles and many of their respective games. I try to stay current on PC and Console games because i do volunteer work for a few Disability Organizations and also individual physically disabled persons. If there's one thing they seem to have in common, they all want to be able to use computers.

As for myself, i received a number of injuries as the result of a car accident. One of these injuries left me with about 50% use of my left hand. Because of my left hand problem it is quite difficult to use the Console Controllers. The PC keyboard is much easier to use. Even with this Console Controller problem i still want to be part of the Console Gamers scene, including games, friends, unions, etc. I also accept all friend requests, but that is up to the individual Gamers.   

I broke down and bought myself a new PC. I will probably be offline for a few days setting it up and testing. When i'm back online i want to get my profile and blog posts cleaned up.If there's some Gamespot members that could help me with the Banners i would really appreciate it. I have some PM'S i have to answer, i haven't forgotten. Until then: Thank you and have fun. :)
