There are times when termination of a pregnancy is necessary. If a woman is pregnant and the egg does not leave the Fallopian tubes, then if left to grow, the fetus will kill the mother. The fetus could not survive anyway, as the mother would be dead.[QUOTE="EboyLOL"][QUOTE="mindstorm"]I'm under the conviction due to my faith that there is never a time when abortion should be used. I, however, would not loose respect for a person who did have an abortion even multiple ones. I respect and love people no matter what they do. I do not agree with abortion in any manner but that doesn't mean I won't "spread the love" to them. Jesus ate with the sinners so someone's deads would not cause me to not care for them. The only time I'd loose respect for someone (not loose my love for them, just respect) is when it is someone that has the same convictions about abortion and Christianity as I do and they have multiple ones. I'd still love them and try to be there for them however.mindstorm
That is a rare happening, however, and in a circumstance like that I'd have to know more about the situation to judge. Example being is if the child is going to die tomorrow and if the doctors don't do something today about it the mother will die, that is a different situation.
Ectopic pregnancies happen more often than you think. There isn't really any debate about it. The fetus cannot be preserved anyway, and it would seem rather inane to let the mother die.
