I made a gaming blog! There's not much on it yet, but I swear that it will be pretty sweet in a few months time. It already looks pretty cool too (did all the graphics myself). Check it out!

OCD Gaming

I've got time to raid hardcore and I'm getting straight A's in college, all the while I'm still staying social. Pretty good life that I've got right now...pretty good life.

By life, I mean my senior year of high school. Meh, just doing work and playing video games. I've also noticed that school is worlds more boring without a girlfriend; of course, this is my own opinion. I'm also knee deep in the whole college application process, which is moderately stressful.

I cannot wait for the abundance of games coming this fall and spring, especially for Modern Warfare 2. I'm also highly anticipating Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising (Although, I am aware that it could end up being awful). To be honest, I think I'm most excited for Pokemon Heartgold and Soulsilver. They're not coming out for quite a while, but I've always been a huge fan.

Also, I'd like to add that WoW is amazing. I'm currently PvPing on my pally with lots of real life friends, as well as improving my PvE holy set, which is already quite good (good enough for Ice Crown when it comes). I've also joined a PvE guild on my hunter, which is highly skilled. I just bought dual speccing on him a few days ago, and he now pulls around 5k dps in MM. Ahhh, it's the good stuff.

But yeah, life. Schmeh.

I just wanted to tell everyone to go see Iron Man. I went into it thinking it wasn't going to be very good, but the guys at Marvel gave me the surprise of a lifetime. I really loved the movie and it hit the nail on the head. Definitely go out and see this one

Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, the burning soul of a man's passion! This anime was simply amazing! Its definitely one of my favorite anime if not my favorite. It does have a rather slow start and the anime's feel completely changes throughout the series. All it does it get better and better and then give's the best ending to an anime I've ever seen. The character development is great and they are just simply lovable. Its definitely classified as an Action/Comedy anime but becomes more and more serious as it progresses. It does have mechs but I don't know if I would call it a mecha. You can just trust me on this one and watch it, its something truly special. An anime like this doesn't come too often!

Note: I don't want to even say what the story is about because the way it starts is vasty different from the way it progresses and ends. Just trust me and watch the whole thing

I'm sure everyones seen the ending, but as some don't know after the credits there is something else. The Master Chief and Cortana are alive somewhere in space. I won't say why they are there so I don't ruin anything, but they are in deep space away from earth. The Master Cheif goes back into sleep (just like the one he came out of in Halo 1) and says "Wake me when you need me". Then, a scene after that, you see their ship just floating along, but then it starts to play very creepy music and you see the ship float by a very mechanical looking planet, then it ends. It looks just like a Halo, except its a sphere instead of a ring. This is obviously setting up Halo 4, and there is no doubt the Master Chief is in it. I have the Legendary Edition and I just beat the whole game on Legendary with friends. I don't know how many people have seen this WHOLE ending so i just thought i would say.

I went into this movie with the impression that it would just be another teen movie with a few small laughs, and a horrible plot. To my fortunate surprise, my initial thoughts were not true. This movie without a doubt is one of the funniest movies I have ever seen. There were not just a few laughs, but a HUGE amount of them. Many of them were even ROFL material, and some, if you understood the political meaning behind them, where hilarious. I would highly recommend everyone to give this movie a try. I was dragged to it, and wasn't planning on even tracking it let alone seeing it. Just please go give it a try, its worthwhile.

I just finished this novel, and it was definitely the best in the series. I will not spoil anything in this short blog post, so do not worry. The book, to put it bluntly, was a roller coaster. There were so many mysteries, twists, and turns that it was hard to put the book down. This made it a very exciting read. I was worried about a few things before I started though. One of these worries was, seeing as its the last in the series, it had to have a climax. Endings can always ruin the overall taste of the series. Fortunately, I am happy to report that this ending was great! There is also a prologue taking place after the climax, which was a good way of completely ending the series. This is a definite read, but make sure you have read ALL of the previous books, or else you won't get the same experience. I give it a 10/10, a great final book for a fantastic series. What did you guys think? (be aware, there might be SPOILERS inside)

I just wanted to tell you that guy I am now officially a Gamespot Total Access member! After being with Gamespot for three years, i decided it was time. The main reason i upgraded was for the conferences at E3, but now realize all the content I have been missing out on. I am very excited!

It took me a rather long time to get here, mainly because it took so long deciding who would be my main character or toon, but i have finally got to 51. My main is a Blood Elf Paladin named Ichiggo. I know i am no 70, but even so, i can start doing Alterac Valley (its a 40 vs 40 battleground). I have to recommend this game to everyone. About a year ago i said one thing i would never do was play WoW becuase it was said to ruin or take over peoples lives, but now i know that it doesn't and you all can trust me, its just pure fun. Buy it!

I actually just quit. Don't get me wrong, it was a very fun game, but there was just too much to do in my opinion. I would sometimes find myself playing it when i needed to level my character (so i could use an item for example), but as i was leveling i would notice that I didn't actually want to play, and was just doing so to make progress. It also took up a lot of time when i could be doing other things. I could play it for hours straight, which just isn't healthy. I can get addicted to regular video games, but not nearly to such an extent. So, I would officially like to state that I am free of the menace that is World of Warcraft!
