Or you can do it in a much easier way. Find someone who will let you use their 10% off discount card, then use it on the ps3. It's much simplier that way.

Currently, the 40 GB PS3 is just a rumor. It's supposed to be a stripped down version of the PS3. It will have no backwards compatability, probably no WiFi.

But, like I said, it's all just a rumor right now.

And yes, the rumor is, it'll be $399.99.

Thank you.

I got a couple question about it. I dont know much about it.

1. Is it real?
2. Is it a stipped down version of the ps3
3. When will it be released
4. Is it gonna be $399.99?

I truthfully dont know much about it and would be greatful on information about it.

It's the quick quote icon under your name. And as I said, you have to mess with the settings. The tv's standard settings suck. But here is what I would do if I was looking for a new tv. I would go to either my local sams club or costco's and buy a tv and test run it for a few days. If you dont like it, you could always get your money back from them and get a different model and try that.

lol, a vizio, westinghouse, olevia or element or some lame brand like that would be $800 and anyway the prices are pretty cheap anyway. my 42 in samsung plasma was $1,400 but its only 720gp, good sharp picture thoughwwe_ownage

Don't underestimate a westinghouse tv. Compared to the other 3 brands, it is a very good tv. When you tinker with the settings, it looked almost identical to my sony 32 inch xrb1.

Truthfully, unless you are desperate for an lcd tv right now, I would wait till black friday or around december. Good tv's are always going down in price and I could see a good 42 inch lcd HDTV being around $800 on that day.

Truthfully, Vizio is a cheap, crappy brand tv. I highly do not recommend them.

If you are spending under $1000, then you are probably going to go for a 32 inch tv. You wont really get a good one for any higher. One of the best tv's surprisingly is the 32 inch westinghouse tv. Picture looks great, has 2 hdmi ports, and is only $700. For under a grand, this is the tv I would recommend. Here is the link for it. http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=8250144&st=westinghouse&type=product&id=1169512290376

DLP's can be nice TV's but the viewing angles are terrible. Unless you are directly in front of it at all times, the picture just doesnt look that good. I was considering getting one as well until I did some research and checked a couple of these tv's out. If I were you, I would check out this tv since this is the price range you are going. It is a 1080p 46inch sharp lcd HDTV. These are absolutely beautiful tv's and the really do look much nicer. Also, I noticed that when I bought my 32 inch for my room, I sit 6 feet away and the tv looks alot bigger compared to being at the store. Here is the link for the tv's. One is $2650, the other is $2900. And of course, the more expensive looks better because it goes from 2,000/10,000 contrast to 3,000/15,000.

You have to be one spoiled child. There are not many people I know who could afford this for themselves. Hell, if I got straight A's all year, I would still get jack squat.
