I have a Kindle Fire, but I don't run the stock ROM. I run gedeROM 1.7 on it and it runs great, I use it all the time. Here's an example of what my KF looks like.

Its not cheating but it pretty close to it. Yeah i know you can do that its just i am now experiencing the HUGH difference the player with that feature has. Its like running around the game shooting with a blind fold. Do I consider it cheating no to flat out answer you but what do you consider it then to start a game where your not on the same playing field as another player without headset surround sound systemEABGamer
If that's the case, having an HDTV or a faster internet connection could be considered cheating.

They give the player way to much of an advantage its like cheating. I think they take away from the experience of Xbox live online shooting games. They can hear where your shooting from in what direction right or left same with the footsteps. There is no creeping up on someone to get into position to shoot them. It becomes way more apparent of a advantage in hugh maps like battlefield bad company. It even makes players way better then they really are and people without a headset become easy prey. I am a perfect example of this with being an owner of a now useless x31 turtle beach headset (lost the wire at friends house). I get killed way to often now then before. What are your thoughts of this??? (Its becomes such an advantage without a headset ala turtle beach its pointless to play)EABGamer
I can do the same thing with just my surround sound system. Do you consider that cheating too?

I think what you're not understanding is that the Onion is a comedy/satire news organization. :P

So we should pay full prices for new games, so we show our support to the developers? Hmm, unless you are super rich, don't have "real" bills to pay, or simply lack any understanding or at least an acceptance of financial prudency, you shouldn't...

I'm not super rich, I have "real" bill I pay on a monthly basis (I'm 32), and I understand financial prudency. I also understand supporting the developers of the hobby I enjoy. And I'm sorry, but if it's a $5 difference between new and used, I'll buy new every time.

How about the developers show me, as a customer, a little appreciation of my time and money, which i use to buy their games in the first place? Oh wait, they DO show me appreciation right?

Some do, some don't. Support the developers that treat their fans right.

- Charge me $ 65 bucks for a brand-new game, which lasts 5 hours and has some meaningless, over-washed and over-used multiplayer, that i have seen before..many times - Yeah, I will pay my $ 20 bucks to get Homefront...Good business to you fellow customer who paid $ 65 bucks for that! Keep up your support!

Early purchasers always pay more. I bought Homefront day one, even after reading the mediocre reviews. I'm well aware I could have waited and gotten it cheaper, so that was my decision. How is that the developers fault?

- Charge me $ 65 bucks for "dumbed-down" Mass Effect 2 and Dragon Age 2, even though i paid FULL price, i repeat FULL price for their first installments. What a big THANK YOU i got from BioWare? Wow!

Ok then, don't support BioWare anymore. Let them know how you feel with your wallet.

- Charge me for a content as a DLC, which should have been free in the first place...a big thank you to me from the developers and publishers!

I agree with you, that's why I rarely purchase DLC. On the other hand, Epic wanted to release DLC for Gears for tree, but were told no by the publisher.

- And last but not least, I got the Biggest THANK YOU ever when i got a collector's edition and strategy guide for Fallout New Vegas on day one (you know, trying to support the developers and publishers) and i got a bloody mess of glitchfest, bugfest, cursefest and f-bomb fest altogether...Oh but yeah, i also bought Alpha Protocol new! Wow, what a great support to Obsidian...and then they give me New Vegas....

People, like those who are ready to pay full price for mediocrity, just so they claim they support a developer or a product are more of a problem than a solution.

Who are you to judge mediocrity? There have been many games that reviewers hated, but I greatly enjoyed. And really, why do you worry about how other's spend their money?

You want me to buy new, provide me with a quality product or drop your outrageous prices, if your product is incomplete.

Again, speak with your wallet. Although I'm unsure what this has to do with requiring the purchase of an online pass...

So here i come eBay: you have been the best friend in my life, you save me money and keep my life going financially, because nobody else would...

Lol, ok. You do that. I never said I don't search for deals. If you're willing to spend some extra time doing research, you can usually find new releases for lower then the MSRP. I do it all the time with Amazon.

I didn't blank quote the OP, my response is in red.

I totally support it. Game developers make NO money from used game sales. At the same time, retailers like GameStop are reporting record profits. It allows developers to recoup losses from gamers buying used games, and it adds an incentive for consumers to pick up new instead of used.

Your wife tells you she wants a divorce and your first response is to post in on GS and ask for advice?!? I'm thinking you two may need to work on your communication. Why don't you talk to her about it instead.

I'd try calling 1-800-4MYXBOX so to see if they can offer you any additional informtion. I've read posts on here where people called MS and found out what they had been banned for.
